WHAT:ROTATION There was a sharp rotation out of US large Caps (SPX -0.9% with bigger hits to the concentrated names) into USA Small Caps (Russ 2000 +3.6%) WHY? Because the lower than expected CPI returned the market to a faster and more rate cut footing….the futures...
