A quick trot through the early indications Pre-Market show that the thought process is following my earlier logic. Obviously this is retail and early acting money HF’s………Big fund long only….will take a week or so to have an Investment Committee and make a decision….thats not a criticism….it just is that way…big money moves slow. ...
